It appears Texas Tech still isn’t finished focusing on defensive backs for their 2013 class. Tech offered a JUCO safety on Thursday who will visit campus soon.
Someone take him straight to the new BA as soon as he gets on campus if he wants to study business, that building is extremely impressive
