I'd encourage everyone to check them out. They are an exciting group to watch, and they will only get better.
It was not the prettiest of games but hell... we got the job done. I think some of the players were trying to prepare for the Arizona game not for the Jackson state game. Jaye Crockett with another big game tonight and Dejan Kravic also with a big game, both missing double doubles by two rebounds a piece. Josh gray couldnt get the ball in the hoop and his passes were weak, his steals were very impressive though as was his behind the back pass which won the play of the game. Look for jaye crockett and Kravic to continue to have big games throughout the season. The energy was lacking tonight as was the amount of fans that were there. Hopefully both fans and Players show up monday for a huge game against #9 Arizona. Wreck Em Tech!
Why doesmt coach walker play more players right now? other players should be getting opportunities to showcase their talents when other teammates are slacking. Ty nurse should have gotten more playing time, Dusty Hannahs was screwed in playing time and for some reason we benched Tapsoba and continued to play a struggling Tolbert. I know im not the coach but these are things many of the fans around us were discussing. All in all it was an okay performance especially since they came from behind to get the victory. Now 4-0 the Red Raiders face a #9 ranked Arizona Wildcats
